Most of your time in Minicart Portal is spent in conversation with your AI teammates, the same way you would chat with a real employee. If you would rather click through menus, the Manage menu in the left sidebar covers most of the same ground. This tour shows you how to get around.
Signing in
Head to minicart.app and sign in. That drops you into your portal, ready to explore.
Top tabs
Across the top you will see a home icon and an avatar for each of your AI teammates: Sloane, Milo and Logan. Clicking a teammate opens a conversation with them. Clicking Home takes you to your dashboard with recent sales stats.
You will not see every teammate right away. Sloane is always there from the start since she is who helps you set up your store. Once you choose your Minicart domain and go live, the rest of your teammates appear too.
Left sidebar
Store switcher at the top. If you run more than one store you can switch between them here. Your store link sits just below it.
Dashboard jumps back to home.
Manage is the menu below that, covering everything you can edit. More on it next.
Recents lists your latest conversations so you can pick up where you left off, with All conversations at the end once you have a few.

The Manage menu
Manage covers most of your store, split into 5 groups. Click one and its contents open beside it, so you can go straight to what you need:
Products: Products, Collections, Inventory and Discounts.
Marketing: Social posts, Social links, Pages, Brand voice and Sharing & SEO.
Orders: Orders, Support tickets, Shipping/Pickup setup, Customers and Store policies.
Design: Banner, Menus, Logo and Theme.
Settings: Storefront details, Domains, Business info, Payment processing, Payouts, Subscriptions and Users.
Each one shows the teammate who looks after it, so over time you learn who to ask. Payouts is Sloane's, Orders is Logan's and so on.
The better way: just ask
For almost anything you want to do, the fastest path is to say it in plain English to the right teammate. Some examples:
"Sloane, add a new product called 'Lavender Soap' for $8"
"Sloane, I'd like to import my Etsy store"
"Milo, draft an About Us page for me"
"Sloane, show me this month's payouts"
"Logan, reply to the customer asking about shipping times"
Your teammates will draft, ask clarifying questions and show you what they are about to do. Nothing is saved without your approval.
