Getting your store in front of customers is simple. The first time, you pick your Minicart domain, the web address your store lives at. Setting it is what takes your store live. From then on everything you change saves and goes live on its own, so there is no publish button to remember.
Ask Sloane
Tell Sloane "I'm ready to go live" or "take my store live". She will help you pick your Minicart domain and flag anything missing before you open the doors.
Pick your Minicart domain
The first time you go live, you choose your Minicart domain, the subdomain your store lives at, like yourstore.minicart.com. Pick something short and close to your brand. Setting your Minicart domain is what makes your store reachable by customers. You can connect your own custom domain later. See Connect a custom domain.
What to check before going live
At least one public product with an image and description
Your logo and brand colors look right
An About Us page or contact info if you want one
Payments are set up so customers can check out. See Set up payments for your store.
Your changes go live automatically
Once your store is live there is nothing to publish. Save a change and it shows up on your storefront. Add a product, update a price, adjust your theme, swap your banner, edit a menu or launch a discount. Customers see it right away. Sloane always previews a change with you first, so nothing is saved without your approval.
