Checkout is the flow your customers go through after they add something to their cart. Minicart gives you a hosted checkout out of the box, with your branding applied automatically so it feels like a natural part of your store.

Checkout only works once you have set up payments. Sloane can get that going. See Set up payments for your store.

The flow is short: contact info, shipping address, payment, confirmation. No account required. Customers pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Their phone number is checked so a typo does not slip through. Customers get an emailed receipt after a successful purchase. If your store sells both digital and physical products, a single cart holds one type at a time.

You can set a return policy for your store. Ask Sloane to update it and she will draft the language for your approval. Or open Orders > Store policies in the left sidebar. It shows on your product pages so customers can see it before they buy.
