Your Minicart subscription is separate from the payment account you use to accept orders from your customers. Your subscription covers the Minicart service itself.

Minicart's free plan is generous on purpose. You get real access to every AI teammate, a live storefront, products, collections, pages, orders and checkout, with no monthly fee. There is no obligation to subscribe. For a lot of small sellers that is the point. When sales come in bursts rather than every week, a monthly fee is hard to justify. The free plan lets you sell whenever you feel like it and pay nothing in between.

Subscribing is worth it when you would rather have the lower rate. Paid plans start at 2.9% + 30¢ a sale instead of 6% + 30¢, so the busier you get the more sense they make.

Click Settings > Subscriptions in the left sidebar. You will see 3 sections:

In the Subscription section, click View plans and pick the one you want. Some changes take effect right away, others at the end of your current billing period.

Right away, with prorated charges:

At the end of your billing period, since you have already paid for it:

You keep your current plan until any deferred change takes effect.

In the Payment method section, add or update the card Minicart charges for your subscription. This is separate from how your customers pay you.

If you do not have an active subscription yet, the Payment method section will prompt you to subscribe first.

Every invoice is listed in the Invoices section and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Canceling is the same as downgrading to the free plan. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription reverts to free.

Your plan, payment method and invoices all live under Settings > Subscriptions. If you cannot find what you need there, reach out through Contact support in the left sidebar.
