Create custom pages

Add About Us, FAQ, shipping and other standalone pages.

Pages are standalone pieces of content on your storefront that are not products. About Us, FAQ, shipping, contact and so on.

Ask Milo

Tell Milo what you need (e.g. "Draft an About Us page for a handmade jewelry store" or "Write a short shipping page that says I ship within 3 business days"). Your pages live under Marketing > Pages in the left sidebar. Milo returns a draft you can edit and save. It goes live on your storefront the moment you save it. New pages start as a Draft, so flip a page to Public when it is ready for customers.

Link to it

Public pages can be linked from your header, footer or anywhere else on your storefront. Ask Sloane to update your navigation menu to include the page. Or open Design > Menus.

Common pages to start with

  • About Us

  • FAQ

  • Shipping

  • Contact

You do not need all of them on day one. Start with 2 or 3 and add more as customers start asking questions.

Return policy

Your return policy is one of your store policies, managed by Sloane rather than created as a custom page. Ask Sloane "update my return policy" and she will draft it for your approval. Or open Orders > Store policies. It appears at checkout and anywhere else your store policies are shown.
