Delete your store

Close a store you no longer need or remove a duplicate.

If a store is not working out or you created one by accident, you can remove it. Sloane can take care of it for you.

Ask Sloane

Tell Sloane you want to delete your store. Open Sloane, start a new chat with New and type "Delete my store". Sloane walks you through it and confirms with you before anything is removed. If she asks you to type something to confirm, that is your subdomain (the yourstore part of your Minicart domain), not your store's display name.

Make sure it is the right store

If you run more than one store, double-check you are in the correct one before deleting. Switch stores using the colored button at the top left corner, under the Minicart logo. That is your store switcher. It lists every store you have.

What happens to your orders

Your past orders and their line items are kept for your records. Any payouts you already earned still settle to your bank. Deleting a store only takes the storefront offline. It does not claw back money from completed sales.
